UK AP started out hosting in November 2021 and have hosted over 1,200 stays. They strive to improve their services and efforts everyday from having the windows sparkling clean to development teams designing properties to their maximum potential for guests.
UK AP aim to provide the best amenities for guests to be able to enjoy their stay while also feeling safe and secure. They have recently installed cameras to the outdoor areas which cover mostly the carpark areas and the front and back entrances. All lock system device codes are changed after each stay ensuring guests feel safe and at ease during their stay.
UK AP was launched in April 2019 by Justin & Darren who have both invested heavily into the property market. The skills they have acquired from their own construction careers have helped them massively to make sure all properties comply with building regulations and fire standards. Also, these skills have helped fast track design processes and the durations of developments. UK AP aim to have twelve live listings by the end of 2024.

UK AP is currently Preparing for refurbishment at CITY-SIDE APARTMENTS
This property is a 6 bedroom townhouse located in Belfast City (BT15 Area). The entire property has been stripped back to the shell and we will be demolishing the rear half of the building and doing a New back extension. This property will have three separate Apartments for guests to book all year around these are located in a great area in Belfast and we will be showing progress updates on our social media pages.
City-Side Apartments will be available for Guests December 1st 2024.
UKAP is also launching a studio Apartment in Donegal from May 2024 this property is located in Burnfoot and will have a hot tub and a patio over looking the Lough Swilly and Marina.
