Recently, they installed outdoor cameras covering the parking areas as well as the front and back entrances. Additionally, they change all lock system device codes after each stay to ensure guests’ safety and peace of mind.
Founded in April 2019 by Justin and Darren, UK AP benefits from their extensive experience in the property market. Their background in construction has been instrumental in ensuring all properties meet building regulations and fire safety standards. These skills also accelerate the design and development process. UK AP aims to have twelve active listings by the end of 2024.

This property is a 6-bedroom townhouse located in the BT15 area of Belfast City. The building has been completely stripped down to its shell, and we will be demolishing the rear section to build a new back extension. The property will feature three separate apartments available for guests to book year-round. Situated in a prime location in Belfast, we will be sharing progress updates on our social media channels.
City-Side Apartments will be ready for guests starting early 2025.
UKAP also launched a studio Apartment in Donegal in May 2024. This property is located in Burnfoot and boasts a hot tub and a patio over looking the beautiful views of the Lough Swilly and Marina.
