This is a spacious 3 bedroom house finished to a very high standard and located in Derry city, the home of Ireland’s only completely intact historic Walled City, award winning museums and some of the greatest outdoor festivals in the world.

This scenic city is the perfect place to base your travels with a world-class visitor experience at your doorstep and a cosmopolitan vibe all year round. There is so much to do in this compact, walkable city. This is also the perfect hub for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way and the Causeway Coastal Route. It's just a 20 min walk from Shipquay St. or a 4 min drive.

If arriving by car, we also offer free on street parking.

At the property, there is a hot tub to help you relax and unwind. Please note the hot tub is an extra £50 per day. Hot tub is fully covered so can be enjoyed in all weather.

There is a £100 fully refundable security deposit due 24hrs before check in. This is then released after check out pending no damages or broken house rules.
