This seaside town is the perfect place to base your travels of the Inishowen Peninsula. If you are driving, the routes are easy to follow and the road marked with signage stating Inishowen 100 will take you around the entire coastline of the peninsula. If however, you intend to travel by bus, there is a handy local link bus which travels around the peninsula also. Additionally, local buses operate between Buncrana and Letterkenny and Derry.
